Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team to meet and exceed daily and monthly production targets while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Implement efficient production workflows and innovative process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain to streamline operations and resolve production issues promptly.
