Job Description

Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios im Bereich Baugeräte (z. B. Trennschleifer, Bohrgeräte, neue Segmente).
Dein Fokus liegt auf der Umsetzung konkreter Produkte – von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung. Dein Ziel ist es, das bestehende Geräteportfolio gezielt weiterzuentwickeln sowie neue akkubetriebene Produktkategorien für professionelle Anwender im Garten & Landschaftsbau sowie Bau aufzubauen und gemeinsam mit Marketing, Vertrieb und dem STIHL Händlernetzwerk erfolgreich im Markt zu etablieren.

Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Umsetzung der Produktstrategie im Segment Construction (Hardscaping) und deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Produktkonzeption inkl. klarer Produktanforderungen und Positionierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Einkauf
  • Gestaltung des Go to Market Prozesses gemeinsam mit Marketing, Vertrieb und Länderorganisationen
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Konzeption über Entwicklung, Markteinführung und Vermarktung bis zur Marktbegleitung
  • Weiterentwicklung zentraler Produktmanagement Prozesse
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Produktmanagement Teams für Baugeräte

Das wünschen wir uns

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement von Baugeräten/ Maschinen für Garten & Landschaftsbau, Hoch /Tiefbau oder professionellen Elektrowerkzeugen
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der kundenzentrierten Definition und Umsetzung neuer Produkte, Erfahrung mit Akkuprodukten von Vorteil
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technik, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Produktmanagement oder vergleichbar)
  • Ausgeprägte Umsetzungsorientierung, hohe Eigeninitiative und ein pragmatisches unternehmerisches Mindset
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicheres Agieren in interdisziplinären und internationalen Stakeholder Konstellationen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
