
As Team Lead, you manage, mentor and support the newly merged Northern Europe Customer Service team covering the DACH, Benelux, UK and Scandinavian markets by acting as the central point of contact.
By fostering a positive work environment, you coach and train team members, define clear goals and drive continuous team development. Furthermore, you take on both professional and disciplinary leadership tasks, including holiday planning, time management and performance reviews.
An important part of the role is to implement the targets and KPIs set by management, as well as monitoring closely the performance of the team; ensuring proper follow up and putting in place appropriate countermeasures to enable the organization and the team to achieve the set goals. To provide continuous updates to management is an important aspect of the role.
You ensure an efficient workflow within the team and in cross-functional collaboration, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, service quality and support standards.
Additionally, you support the team with day-to-day operations and complex customer or technical inquiries when needed.
You have completed a commercial or technical education and gained several years of experience in customer service, ideally within the Automotive, Motorcycle and/or Powersports industry.
You are able to structure and prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate strong leadership skills and apply a solution-oriented mindset.
You are experienced with MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP systems.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken; additional languages from the assigned countries are an asset.
You are open-minded, communicative and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
