IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Teamlead Logistics at Envalior, you will lead the logistics department for the compounding area at the Krefeld-Uerdingen site, ensuring that raw materials, mixtures, and internal logistics processes reliably support production availability and targets You will actively take ownership of internal logistics processes and systems, including raw material supply, mixture creation using LOOP, and continuous process improvement Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new process optimizations and cross-functional improvement approaches to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 25 employees, including foremen, warehouse staff, and chemical operators
• Act as deputy to plant management within the compounding area, supporting operational and organizational decisions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and Envalior internal requirements, including occupational safety, production, and logistics standards
• Collaborate closely with production leadership to secure plant availability and achieve production goals
• Support initiatives to reduce process waste, including packaging materials, raw materials, and finished goods

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong knowledge of logistics regulations and standards, such as GefStoffV, GüKG, KrWG, GewAbfV, and AVV
• High level of initiative with strong communication, cooperation, and leadership skills
• More than 3 years of professional experience in a logistics leadership role
• Completed university degree in logistics or a related field, such as logistics management, supply chain management, or logistics & production
• Experience in cost controlling and SAP PM (R/3) is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
