Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant university degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in credit risk management or collateral management within the financial services industry, preferably in private banking or wealth management
Proven leadership experience in a team lead or managerial role
Strong understanding of credit risk methodologies, regulatory requirements and collateral valuation techniques
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable conclusions
Advanced Excel skills, as well as experience with Avaloq, Bloomberg, and data analytics or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), are a strong plus
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Good communication and interpersonal skills
