Work Location & Schedule
This full-time role is fully remote within the continental United States (CONUS). Candidates must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret-level security clearance in support of customer requirements.
The selected individual should be able to support standard Mountain Time Zone (MST) business hours to ensure effective collaboration with leadership, program teams, and business partners at Hill Air Force Base, UT, while maintaining flexibility to support stakeholders across time zones as needed.
Who We Need
We are seeking a skilled Siemens Teamcenter Administrator to support digital engineering and PLM operations within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and sustainment of Siemens Teamcenter as a core Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform across defense programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience administering Teamcenter in complex, security-conscious environments and is comfortable working cross-functionally with cybersecurity, engineering, and infrastructure teams. This individual will serve as a technical resource supporting system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Teamcenter-enabled digital engineering workflows.
What You’ll Do

- Configure, customize, and administer Siemens Teamcenter to meet specific Department of Defense requirements and security standards, including integration with government AWS cloud instances.
- Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity professionals to ensure infrastructure and applications, including Teamcenter, remain secure and compliant with DoD cybersecurity policies.
- Perform maintenance, patching, and upgrades to the core Siemens Teamcenter application to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Configure interfaces and integrations of third-party tools with Teamcenter to support digital engineering workflows.
- Provide troubleshooting support using application logs and Windows logs, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Extend the Teamcenter data model and configure workflows to meet client data management needs.
- Support bulk migration of data into Teamcenter and conduct thorough testing of deployed solutions.
- Coordinate issue resolution with Siemens GTAC (Global Technical Access Center) and other support entities as necessary.
- Analyze system performance and optimize configurations for improved efficiency and user experience.
- Provide Teamcenter expertise and guidance to team members, collaborating effectively with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, ISSE, SMEs, and network administrators.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Other duties as assigned to support project objectives and client requirements.

- 5+ years of Teamcenter configuration and administration experience
Requisite Teamcenter configuration and administration skills including:
- BMIDE
- ITK (Integration ToolKit) — someone that can create basic runtime properties and workflow handlers
- Workflows
- Reporting — report builder and xslt development, Active Workspace reports
- Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC) configuration
- Upgrade experience
Work Authorization:
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Clearance Requirement:
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret-level security clearance in support of customer requirements.

- Previous experience with Department of Defense/War implementing Teamcenter applications
- Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher) at time of application.

Salary and Benefits
The range for this position is between $120000 and $150000. Actual salary will be negotiated with this position’s Hiring Manager and can vary depending on the following factors: Billable contract and labor category, experience, skills, education /certifications/ licenses & geographic location.
