What You'll Do:

  • Coordinating day-to-day admin and business support tasks, including meeting rooms, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Providing friendly, professional service to colleagues and visitors.
  • Following up on tasks to keep things on track and deadlines met.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with care.
  • Using your tech skills in MS Office to support reporting, scheduling, and communication.
  • Keeping records accurate and processes running smoothly.
  • Spotting small improvements to make admin tasks easier and more efficient

  • Experience in allied health, health services, or medical administration.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and reliable.
  • Tech-savvy with confidence using MS Office.
