Reporting to our Claims Administration Lead, this role will support Wesfarmers Group TeamCover through the provision of timely and accurate administrative, claims management support ensuring compliance with self-insurance licencing requirements and claims management practices at all times.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and efficient data processing and claim support to our claims team including:
  • Data entry and administration
  • Processing of payments
  • Claims registration
  • Document management
  • Assistance with claims administration functions
  • Continuously review and improve administration and payment processes to ensure these remain efficient and effective
  • Provide general office administration support
  • Undertake projects and activities supporting the claims team as required
  • Create and foster an environment that aligns with our goal of GTC, Great Work, Great Place to Work

Skills experience required:

  • Experience in data entry and administration support within a fast-paced environment
  • Claims support experience in a workers’ compensation or general claims environment highly desirable
  • Outstanding attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience using SIMS (claims management system) desirable
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • A genuine interest and passion to learn and develop new skills
