Job Description

The Team Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the sales and business development efforts within the TFE division. This position requires a strategic and results-oriented individual who can lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals. The manager will collaborate closely with marketing branches to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring a strong presence in the market.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the TFE industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing branches to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations in all sales activities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members for their development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to enhance sales knowledge and strategies.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the TFE sector to expand the customer base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
  • Strong knowledge of the TFE industry and its dynamics is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
