What you’ll be doing
As the welcoming face of our store, you will:
Deliver standout customer service
Keep the store clean, organised and inviting
Create a friendly, safe environment for customers and teammates
Work across mornings, afternoons or overnight shifts — whatever suits your availability
What we’re looking for
You’ll thrive with us if you have:
A positive, reliable and friendly attitude
A genuine passion for customer service
Confidence working both independently and within a team
Strong multi-tasking skills — this role requires juggling customer service, cleaning, merchandising and supporting store operations simultaneously
Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles (helpful, but not essential — we’ll train you!)
