What’s the role?
We are looking for curious and passionate Team Members – International Investigations and NPP Payment Exceptions to join our WIB Operations team.
As a Team Member – International Investigations you will investigate and resolve international payment exceptions using TLM, managing recalls, returns and Day 2 enquiries in line with agreed timeframes. You’ll prioritise a daily queue based on risk and FX cut‑offs, liaising with correspondent banks via SWIFT and handling high‑risk cases with strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
As a Team Member – NPP/OSKO Payment Exceptions you will investigate, process and resolve OSKO payment exceptions accurately and within required timeframes. Using TLM, you’ll manage payment recalls, MIPS returns and enquiries, liaise with internal teams and external banks, and ensure high‑risk payment issues are resolved efficiently to minimise financial risk and deliver strong customer outcomes.
You’ll be based in Parramatta, NSW, working in a hybrid model, with full-time office attendance during the first six months. Some weekend and public holidays flexibility will be required.
