Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a User Access Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our user access management processes, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience. Your primary focus will be on granting and revoking user access rights, managing user roles and permissions, and implementing access control measures. You will work closely with various teams to understand their access requirements and ensure compliance with security protocols. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and security of our systems and data.
  • Manage and maintain user access rights and permissions across various systems and applications.
  • Grant and revoke user access based on defined policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their access requirements and ensure proper access provisioning.
  • Implement and enforce access control measures to prevent unauthorized access and maintain data security.
  • Monitor and analyze user activity logs to identify potential security risks and take appropriate action.
  • Investigate and resolve user access-related issues and provide timely support to users.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of user access changes and configurations.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in user access management.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth integration of access management systems.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of user access management processes and policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in user access management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of access control principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using access management tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data security.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred.
