Job Title: User Access Management Checker Role Overview: As a User Access Management Checker, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's systems and data by overseeing user access permissions. You'll be responsible for reviewing and verifying access requests, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access Request Review: Process access requests from employees or external users, ensuring accuracy and adherence to access control policies. 2. Policy Adherence: Enforce user access policies and guidelines to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards. 3. Access Provisioning and De-provisioning: Facilitate the granting and revoking of access privileges as per authorized requests or changes in employee status. 4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of user access permissions, approvals, and revocations for audit and compliance purposes. 5. Risk Assessment: Identify and escalate potential security risks or policy violations related to user access permissions. 6. User Training and Support: Provide guidance and assistance to users regarding access procedures, security protocols, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Prior experience in access management, identity and access management (IAM), or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of access control principles, authentication methods, and security frameworks. Familiarity with regulatory requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
