Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Long-Term Fund Raising: Assist in fund raising activities which include preparation of information memorandum, review, and negotiation of the financing documents, due diligence, dealing with external stakeholders (bankers, legal counsels, investors, advisors, etc), handling security creation process, etc.
  2. Working Capital Financing: Arrange Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits, Buyer’s Credits, etc. Assist in obtaining new working capital facilities and renewal of existing working capital facilities.
  3. Financial Modelling: Develop financial models, prepare financial projections and get the same appraised from financial institutions, rating agencies, and internal management. Assist in strategic initiatives and critical decisions.
  4. Credit Rating: Dealing and coordinating with the domestic and international rating agencies, providing required information by the rating agencies, and ensuring compliance with rating requirements.
  5. Finance MIS: Gather, analyze, and report financial data on a periodic basis (daily/weekly/monthly) to all stakeholders within agreed timelines.
  6. Financial Analysis: Carry out financing analysis and assist the management in decision making. Strategic planning on determining the financial viability of a particular project. Analyze opportunities to reduce/optimize finance costs.
  7. External Stakeholder Management: Deal with external stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, legal firms, security trustees, external consultants, valuation firms, etc.
  8. Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance & Account, Group Treasury, Business Development, Projects and Legal to ensure seamless execution of funding transactions, reporting, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
  9. Compliances: Ensure compliances of all banking and regulatory requirements including RBI, FEMA requirements. Calculation and compliance of covenants in existing financing agreements.
  10. Treasury Management: Assist in treasury activities. Assist in long-term and short-term investment strategies and transactions. Ensure reduction of idle funds and keep track of liquidity.
  11. Preparation and delivery of presentations for various financing and investment proposals

  • Experience : 6 - 8 Years in Treasury / Corporate Finance
