Job Description

As a Team Member in the Support Services-Credit Monitoring Group, you will be an integral part of our credit monitoring team. Your primary focus will be to support the group's objectives and ensure efficient credit monitoring processes. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and are passionate about contributing to a dynamic financial environment.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of credit monitoring policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough credit risk assessments and analysis for various loan applications.
  • Monitor and evaluate credit portfolios to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to provide accurate and timely credit information.
  • Prepare and present credit monitoring reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit monitoring and risk management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of credit monitoring activities.
  • Support the team in resolving complex credit-related issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of credit monitoring systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit monitoring, risk management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to credit monitoring.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
