Job Description

The Team Member-Screening & Sampling will play a crucial role in our organization's risk assessment and mitigation strategies. They will be responsible for conducting thorough screenings and samplings to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Conduct comprehensive screenings and samplings as per defined processes and timelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis for risk assessment purposes.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or anomalies to the relevant teams for further investigation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective screening and sampling strategies.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on screening and sampling activities and outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and improving screening and sampling methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members on screening and sampling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations during the screening and sampling process.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with risk management concepts and practices is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
