Sbarro is looking for friendly and motivated Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you’ll help deliver great food and outstanding customer service while working in a fun, team-oriented environment. Whether you’re preparing fresh pizza, assisting guests, or helping keep the restaurant running smoothly, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and provide fast, efficient service
• Prepare pizzas, food items, and beverages according to Sbarro standards
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and freshness meet company expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, dining, and service areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with stocking ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy shifts
• Support opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned

Requirements

• No experience required — training provided
• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
