As a Team Member-Risk, you will be an integral part of our Risk Management team, working closely with various departments to assess and manage risks effectively. Your primary focus will be on commercial risk, ensuring the bank's financial transactions and operations are protected. You will play a vital role in maintaining the bank's reputation and financial stability.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential risks across various business lines.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify emerging risks.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their risk profiles and provide risk management advice.
• Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management, offering actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring the bank's risk management framework is current.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
