As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest service, preparing delicious food, and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere for both guests and coworkers.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome

• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently

• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards

• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior

• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals

• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed

• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for delivering great guest service

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
