Job Description

As a Team Member in Operational Control, you will be an integral part of the Treasury Investments/Support-Processes team, responsible for monitoring and controlling various investment and support processes. Your role will involve working closely with the Treasury team to ensure efficient and compliant operations, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Monitor and control investment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Review and analyze investment transactions, identifying any discrepancies or potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury team to develop and implement efficient investment strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks within the investment portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all investment activities.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required, ensuring a positive audit outcome.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new investment products or services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of investment activities to senior management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of investment processes, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools for investment analysis and reporting.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices, especially related to investments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
