The Opportunity
BlueScope Building Components has multiple opportunities for Team Members to join our production team based in Novar Gardens BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through our leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders and Ranbuild.
No previous operations or manufacturing experience? No problem - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you build a long-term career with us.

What We Offer
These full-time, permanent roles offer a competitive weekly rate starting from $1,061.72, with the ability to progress to $1,124.80, depending on your skills and experience. You’ll also be eligible for overtime, public holiday pay and quarterly bonus. Our operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with opportunities across day, afternoon and night shifts Afternoon shift attracts a 15% shift loading allowance and night shift attracts a 30% shift loading allowance

What Will You Do?
In this role, you will be part of the team producing our high-quality steel products, with a strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure only the finest quality is delivered – on time, every time.

The role involves manual handling and lifting, as well as working in a manufacturing environment where noise and seasonal temperature changes are expected. We provide the training, support and equipment you need to work safely and successfully.
