Job Title: Assistant Manager – Large Enterprise Collections

Qualification:

• Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Strong email etiquette and professional customer handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Collection processes.
• Good analytical, reconciliation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work across different time zones.
• Team handling and stakeholder management experience preferred.

• Manage Accounts Receivable and collection activities for Large Enterprise customers.
• Follow up with customers for overdue invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues.
• Adhere to the defined collection processes and organizational policies.
• Ensure timely registration and tracking of disputes for quick resolution.
• Share invoices, Statements of Accounts (SOA), and related documents with customers as required.
• Obtain payment advice from customers and update the same in internal systems.
• Maintain regular customer interaction updates and collection trackers.
• Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) such as Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support for issue resolution.
• Ensure payments and settlements are processed as per contractual terms and agreements.
• Monitor collection performance and support process improvements.
• Handle escalations professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support team management activities and guide junior team members when required.
