7-Eleven Kirwan is looking for Team Members

Be part of our newest store opening in Kirwan, QLD.

We're excited to be opening a brand-new 7-Eleven store in November 2026 and are looking for Team Members to join us from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new store, build a strong team culture, and create a safe and welcoming environment for our customers and teammates.

Kirwan is a suburb in the City of Townsville, Queensland, located approximately 12km south-west of the Townsville CBD.

As a 24/7 store, we're looking for Team Members with availability across Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Overnight shifts.

About the role

Being the face of our newest store, you will delight customers with exceptional service and store standards, contribute to a safe and positive environment for both customers and team members, and grow your capability in a collaborative and supportive workplace.

As part of a brand-new store opening team, you'll play an important role in helping establish a store culture built on safety, teamwork, and great customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Delight your customers with service and store standards
• Contribute to a safe and positive store environment for you and your team
• Follow safe work practices and help maintain a safe workplace
• Grow your capability in a collaborative and personable environment
• Support the successful opening and ongoing operation of our newest store

About you

• Passion, resilience, and a fun and friendly attitude
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role
• Positive communication skills and the ability to engage with customers
• Confidence working independently while remaining committed to supporting the team
• A strong focus on safety and doing the right thing for customers and teammates
