What you will be doing:

Guest Services Administration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests at venues including Sales desks, rentals, call centre, mini golf, and tube park.
  • Maintain a robust knowledge of programs, products, and events offered during all seasons, ensuring you’re well-equipped to communicate with guests effectively.
  • Provide accurate information on programs, memberships, lessons, events, directions, and general park information.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure uninterrupted services during breaks and busy periods by proactively coordinating with fellow Team Members to maintain coverage, assist with guest flow management, and step into key roles as needed to help with service delays.
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean workspace, preventing/identifying hazards through appropriate channels, allowing for a smooth workflow for guests and Team Members.
  • Create a welcoming environment through actively engaging with guests, educating them on equipment usage, safety protocols, and best practices before providing them with equipment.
  • Communicate professionally in ways that empower guests and Team Members.
  • Manage guest feedback and escalate concerns appropriately.

Admissions and Transactions

  • Conduct a diverse range of sales transactions in person or over the phone. Such duties may include the responsibility of handling cash, processing payments through our POS system, and administering waivers.
  • Process registrations, ticket sales, rentals, and waiver administration.
  • Assist with check-in procedures, waivers, and access control.
  • Maintain cash handling accuracy and reconciliation standards.
  • Promote programs, seasonal offerings, and membership opportunities.
  • Support revenue driving initiatives through effective cross-selling and guest education.

Rentals Administration

  • Effectively facilitate the set-up, delivery, and return of rental equipment, including skis, snowboards, and mountain bikes.
  • Thoroughly inspect rental equipment before and after each use, ensuring it is in proper working condition, removing it from our accessible inventory if not, before escalating the concerns through defined channels.
  • Maintain a tidy, hazard‑free workspace and manage guest flow to reduce congestion and wait times.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current criminal record check.
  • Customer‑facing experience in hospitality, recreation, retail, events, or call centre is an asset.
  • Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
  • Current criminal record check.
  • Valid ProServe certification.

You will be:

  • Work Environment:
    • Primarily office-based, working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
    • Frequent use of computer systems, phones, and other standard office equipment.
    • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snow, and wind.
  • Work Hours:
    • Standard hours are not guaranteed and vary each season throughout the year including weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays, and irregular shifts.
    • Flexibility is essential.
  • Physical Demands:
    • Prolonged sitting, walking, and standing

What to expect after applying:

  • This role is a temporary position for the 2026/27 Winter season, starting November 2026 and concluding March 2027 (weather dependent).
  • While we welcome all applications, please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interviews.
  • Interviews will begin starting September 28th, 2026.
  • Must be available for in person training November 7th & 8th, 2026.
