The position involves conducting independent and objective investigations into alleged violations, documenting findings, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The individual will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including Legal, HR, Finance, Compliance, and senior management to ensure effective implementation of investigation outcomes and policy adherence.
The role also focuses on strengthening the organization’s integrity framework by designing and implementing preventive controls, monitoring compliance with laws and internal codes of conduct, and identifying emerging fraud and misconduct risks. Additionally, the incumbent will promote an integrity‑driven culture by driving awareness initiatives, training programs, and regular reporting to leadership and governance forum
