Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports with variance analysis
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling estimates processes
  • Track actual performance against budget/LE and identify key drivers
  • Develop financial models and scenario/sensitivity analysis
  • Monitor costs, highlight savings opportunities, and support cost optimization
  • Assist in cash flow planning and working capital analysis
  • Partner with business teams to provide actionable financial insights
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely financial reporting
  • Support management reviews, dashboards, and presentations
  • Adhere to internal controls, SOPs, and governance requirements
  • CA qualification
  • 7–9 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Reporting
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Excel; exposure to SAP, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
  • Good knowledge of financial statements, P&L, and cost structures
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
