
The Team Member Experience, Communications & Community Relations Partner is responsible for driving internal communications, employee engagement, recognition programs, and community outreach initiatives for Caesars New Orleans. This role ensures a highly engaged workforce, strengthens the company’s presence within the Greater New Orleans community, and supports organizational culture through strategic communication, events, and partnerships. The position collaborates with leadership, departments, and community stakeholders to enhance employee satisfaction, promote brand reputation, and achieve property and corporate goals.
Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
Oversees and executes internal culture and engagement initiatives to support property goals and improve employee satisfaction scores
Develops and maintains the Engagement and Communications Calendar
Designs and coordinates property-wide employee recognition programs and engagement initiatives
Plans and executes small- and large-scale employee events in coordination with internal departments and external vendors
Creates and distributes internal communications, ensuring timely and effective messaging across the property
Monitors and manages internal communication channels (bulletin boards, email communications, announcements, employee activities, etc.)
Serves as a resource for employee questions and HR-related communication needs
Partners with leadership to plan engagement activities and recognition events
Drives participation in the annual All-In We Win Survey and other engagement surveys, with a focus on improving year-over-year scores
Ensures timely execution and follow-up of pulse surveys and employee roundtables
Community Relations & Outreach
Develops and implements strategic community relations plans aligned with corporate and property objectives
Builds and maintains strong relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and local stakeholders
Serves as a liaison between Caesars New Orleans and the community
Identifies and coordinates employee volunteer opportunities (e.g., HERO initiatives) to enhance community involvement
Develops and manages community event calendar and tracks volunteer participation and impact
Oversees administration of charitable contributions, grassroots initiatives, and community campaigns
Represents Caesars New Orleans at community events, boards, and external engagements
Partners with organizations focused on diverse and underserved populations to support employment and procurement opportunities
Ensures compliance with all applicable community-related obligations, agreements, and corporate initiatives
Manages community relations reporting, tracking, and database administration
Collaborates with Marketing to highlight community contributions and initiatives
Project Management & Operations
Manages multiple engagement and community projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Coordinates materials, event logistics, vendor relationships, and supplies for engagement and community initiatives
Supports HR and leadership teams with engagement, recruiting, and employee relations initiatives as needed
Maintains accurate records, reports, and program tracking metrics
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment in sensitive situations
Leadership & Collaboration
Works cross-functionally with departments, leadership, corporate partners, and vendors
Acts as a role model, representing Caesars Entertainment with professionalism and integrity
Builds strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
Effectively communicates organizational initiatives to employees, leadership, and external stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
Prior experience in employee engagement, communications, community relations, or Human Resources preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other relevant communication tools
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude
