What You’ll Do

Deliver Exceptional Guest Service

• Welcome guests with a positive, friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered quickly and accurately
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed

Prepare Fresh, Quality Food

• Prepare and assemble menu items following Charleys standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with ingredient prep and order execution

Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment

• Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized
• Sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly
• Assist with trash removal and restocking throughout shifts
• Support overall restaurant appearance and cleanliness standards

Work as One Team

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent service
• Help during busy periods to keep operations moving efficiently
• Replenish supplies and support daily operations
• Contribute ideas and maintain a positive team environment

Support Sales & Promotions

• Promote featured items and special offers
• Suggest add-ons and upgrades to enhance the guest experience
• Help drive sales through friendly guest interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, reliable, and ready to learn
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
• Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Experience & Education

• No experience required — training provided
• Food service or customer service experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
