Purpose
Lead and facilitate the development and implementation of initiative deliverables or one/ more large tasks within a larger initiative to meet initiative objectives, timeline, and within the cost allocation.
Accountabilities
1) Initiative Planning & Control*
Lead and drive the development and management of effective initiative planning and initiative control for respective workstream *Note: inclusive of key deliverables, costs, schedule and resources requirements. 2) Initiative Delivery/ Execution
Lead and manage execution of workstream delivery up until initiative closure as per the detailed plan, target and costs. 3) Change Management & Communication Management
Lead & strategize the development and implementation of change programs and communication plans for respective workstream. 4) Governance & Assurance
Lead and drive the development and implementation of project management systems and ensuring proper mitigations are in place in compliance to corporate governance, PETRONAS’ policies and regulations, technical standards and statutory requirements.

6) Risk Management
Manage the identified risk and recommend mitigation plans to minimize potential implication to the workstream deliverable. 7) Contract Management
Manage and drive the execution of services provided by contractors as per contract's terms & conditions.
