What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences by:

• Greeting guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Taking guest orders accurately
• Preparing sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriotti's standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Working collaboratively with teammates and leaders
• Supporting restaurant operations during busy periods
• Helping create a fun and energetic atmosphere for both guests and team members

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and dependable attendance
