JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: PM Warehouse Team Member Pay: $16 - $18/hr doe
Department: Operations - Warehouse

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The PM Warehouse Team Member is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations by handling product movement, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting order fulfillment. This role involves operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining clean and organized aisles, and building stable pallets for order selectors. The position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load trucks accurately according to driver load sheets, ensuring proper pallet placement and secure stacking.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and position products efficiently.
• Maintain organized aisles by removing debris, ensuring accessibility, and pulling pallets forward as stock runs low.
• Downstack cases as needed to minimize breakage and facilitate picking.
• Build stable pallet foundations to support order picking operations.
• Inspect and verify outgoing loads to ensure accuracy and compliance with orders.
• Unload and process returned products from delivery trucks.
• Adhere to all safety codes and OSHA standards.
• Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Work overtime when required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fills in for personnel on other shifts when required.

• Regularly required to reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel and climb around warehouse when loading or unloading beer.
• Must be able to regularly unload product (case of beer), which averages to 40 lbs., but can weigh up to a maximum of 49 lbs.
• Able to operate a forklift or longfork pallet jack safely and effectively.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience desired.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift certification.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, machinery with moving parts, and dusty conditions.
• Some exposure to noise, high places, electrical shock, fumes, and outside weather conditions, including wet and/or humid conditions.
