We are currently looking for dynamic, outgoing, friendly individuals to join our team. Now hiring court monitors, cashiers, and party hosts. A team member at Altitude will work directly with customers to provide a courteous, friendly, and professional park experience. They must have great attention to detail and safety, while still maintaining a fun environment. Safety training will be provided. Having a safe, clean environment is our #1 priority.

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all park guests
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Available nights and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute towards a quality team work environment
• Ability to communicate with the team and customers on safety issues/rules and regulations
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year customer service preferred

Salary:

• Court Monitor: $10 - $13 per hour
• Cashier: $10 - $13 per hour
• Party Host: $10 - $18

Hours:

• Mostly weekends shifts including nights and holidays
