TA Travel Center is on the lookout for motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Team Members. In this exciting role, you will contribute to a positive customer experience while performing a variety of tasks in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in a courteous manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash and credit card payments safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, fueling stations, and dining areas.
• Assist in stocking shelves and ensuring product availability for customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow guidelines for health and safety to create a safe environment for both customers and staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for managing transactions.
• Dependable with a reliable schedule, including flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Understanding of safety and sanitation practices is preferred but not mandatory.
