Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is a Fast Casual restaurant that prides itself on High Quality food and High Quality customer service.
We are currently seeking a solid and reliable part time to potentially full time Team Member to add to our team in Davenport, Iowa.

As a member of our team, we look for you to provide Uncompromising Standards of Quality and Service by ensuring Hot food is always served hot, cold food cold, all food fresh, in a clean environment, with a smile. Team Member Responsibilities

• Customer Service You could be speaking directly to the customer. Good listening skills, speaking and communicating calmly, effectively, and in a friendly manner, and patience will be huge assets to this position.

• Time Management Skills Time management will help you be successful in the team member position. Being timely is necessary. Managing time during prep tasks and customer service preparation will be key to providing quality experiences for our customers.

• Flexibility You might be asked to work nights, weekends, and extended hours. Having a flexible schedule is key.

• Teamwork A great team provides a great work environment. We pride ourselves on building a team that works together and towards the common goal of providing a great guest experience.
• Understanding Capriotti’s high standard of food quality and recipes will also help contribute to being a solid team member. We will provide training to help you achieve this goal.
• Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty to ensure competence in your position which will make you a solid team member.

Team Member Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
• Flexible schedule; could include nights and weekends.

Compensation: $8.00 - $16.00 per hour
