Team Manager to the Cotton Team (12 month contract)

We are looking for a Team Manager to join Chris Cotton based in our Aldinga Beach office! This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and highly organised professional to contribute to the team's success under the guidance of a successful agent. For Chris, the calling is the chance to help others, no greater victory than when he can make the stars align for his clients and now he’s looking for a like-minded individual to join his team. This is a 12 month parental leave cover contract.

As the Team Manager, you will drive the team to success with your:

• Effective and efficient project management ie management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells.
• Operational management of the Cotton team
• Exceptional client service and management

Who you are:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate in a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-pressure work environment
• The ability to manage a dynamic working environment
• An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and sound attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
