About the role:

Sub Custody Services is the biggest area within Business Services and is responsible for post – trade end – to – end processes which includes settlement, corporate actions, income, tax, voting and account administration for large international financial institutions and banks located all over the world. In Sub Custody Services you will have an opportunity to lead team through handling deviations, exceptions, and client support.  You will be a part of a professional team and will play important role in our mission to deliver excellent service to our customers, in close cooperation with our Business Partners. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams with focus on accuracy and timely delivery are essence of our daily work.

As a Team Manager you will be:

  • Leading a team around 15 members

  • Developing a motivated team with a high level of competence in the environment of constant change

  • Securing high-quality deliveries of day-to-day business

  • Building transparent and trustful relationships with stakeholders to meet operational and customer excellence

  • Involved in different projects driven by IT/Market/Client/Business changes

  • Driving change initiatives in process improvements and automation

  • Responsible for financial performance by setting the budget for the team and meeting financial targets

  • On top of risk management by thorough incidents’ analysis and implementation of risk mitigation activities

  • Contributing to the management team with your drive and expertise

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams with direct reports, with a clear drive to develop people and continuously enhance processes.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to create structure and clarity in changing environments

  • Strong prioritisation skills to ensure daily operations and future needs are met

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

  • Ability to navigate complex end-to-end processes, including IT systems

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and transformation initiatives
