We are looking for a Team Manager Range to Range Area Kitchen and Bathroom

In Core Business Range (IKEA of Sweden), we are gearing up for the future, new opportunities and challenges, making us better together. We have decided that we will focus, simplify and concentrate going forward by “putting the product in the center” with a full focus on our core assignments – product development.

About the role

As Team Manager in the Range function, you report to the Range Manager and have full responsibility for leading, developing, and enabling the performance of your team. In close collaboration with the Range Manager, you contribute to setting priorities, translating business goals into actions, and creating the conditions for both people and business to succeed.

You are accountable for all people-related matters within your team, including recruitment, performance management, competence development, succession planning, and coworker retention. You ensure that your team has the capabilities, motivation, and support needed to deliver current and future business goals.

Guided by IKEA values and strong leadership, you lead by example, coach and empower your coworkers, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development. By staying close to your team, providing clear direction, and leading through change, you enable both people and business to grow and succeed.

The positions i based in Älmhult, Sweden.

We are looking for a Team Manager that excels in the following:

Leadership & People

  • Leads and coaches the team, shaping a strong range culture, while driving competence development to close skill gaps and meet business needs

Business & Range Expertise

  • Acts as a true business partner — takes initiative, challenges constructively, and builds range plans at both tactical and strategic level
  • Deeply understands product development and proactively contributes with competence and resources
  • Guides the team through planning range transformations and major range movements, grounded in both business and customer needs

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborates seamlessly across development teams, range areas and the design department
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, listens actively, and builds strong networks and relationships
