Job Title: Team Manager, Product Management
In this role you will lead the country's most successful maths team of high-performing product professionals, responsible for the most used maths qualifications and teaching and learning resources in the UK that are also used extensively around the world. Maths provision and manage a high-performing team of subject specialists. The role aligns to industry-level titles such as Head of Maths / Team Manager – Maths.
This is a pivotal leadership role, combining strategic oversight of Maths qualifications and teaching and learning products with day-to-day line management, coaching and development of staff. You will play a central role in shaping the direction of Maths at Pearson and in UK schools and colleges.
Lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of Maths provision for UK schools and colleges. Drive the development of best-in-class Maths products that engage learners and meet regulatory requirements. Use data-driven insights to elevate product quality, learner outcomes, and overall experience, making a real impact on education across the UK.Key Responsibilities:
