Functions Of The Role
Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and motivation.
Setting clear goals and KPIs for the team and monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
Managing your own recruitment processes to hit personal billing targets whist supporting the team to hit team targets
Analysing recruitment metrics and team performance data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and generating insightful reports for management review.
Building, managing and leveraging relationships with a range of existing and prospective clients and candidates
Working with the L&D team to develop and deliver workshops on your area of expertise
Managing recruitment processes:
Coordinating the efforts of the team to ensure roles are worked appropriately
Presenting suitable candidates to clients for review
Arranging and coordinate interview processes
Preparing candidates for interviews to ensure they perform optimally
Managing the offer process, negotiating salary and other terms and conditions
Acting as a market expert both internally and to clients and candidates, provide insights and advice regarding specialist market information and talent availability.
Essential Requirements
Proven success in a previous Managing Consultant position, with a consistent and recent record of achieving personal and team billing targets in an agency setting
Evidence of success in business development and new client acquisition within the Life Sciences sector
Significant experience in sourcing and recruiting for vacancies within Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices businesses.
