The opportunity

As Team Manager HVDC Control & Protection IT and Cybersecurity, you will lead a team delivering secure IT/OT design solutions for HVDC Control & Protection systems across global projects. The role combines people leadership, cybersecurity-focused technical governance, and project execution.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead and support an IT/OT design team with strong focus on IT and cybersecurity.
  • Build an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.
  • Own and govern IT/OT and cybersecurity design for HVDC Control & Protection systems.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, IT/OT architecture, and engineering standards.
  • Drive standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement of secure IT/OT solutions.
  • Support projects during design, integration, testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, cybersecurity, and system solutions teams.

Your background

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Automation, or similar.
  • Experience with IT/OT systems, preferably within HVDC or industrial environments.
  • Understanding of virtualization platforms, Windows/Linux, networks, firewalls, cybersecurity.
  • Experience in people's leadership or motivation to grow into the role.
  • Structured, delivery-focused, strong communication skills.
