As Team Manager, Health & Safety, you will lead, coach, and influence a high-performing team to deliver strategic, operational, and technical excellence. You’ll play a key role in identifying business growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our people. This is an opportunity to empower others, drive business development, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and foster a positive safety culture across the team
• Ensure staff are trained and deliver work safely and profitably
• Identify operational efficiencies and support business growth
• Prepare proposals and manage projects to achieve strategic goals
• Build trust, empower leaders, and develop staff competencies
• Mentor, coach, and support ongoing professional development
• Drive business development and contribute to market action plans
• Deliver and manage Work Health & Safety-related projects
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively manage feedback

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Engineering, Health and Safety, Science, or equivalent
• Experience leading high-performing teams, including virtual/remote staff
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and win new business
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Experience in budget management and change leadership
• Ability to build technical capability and mentor others
• Strategic, future-minded, and emotionally intelligent leader
