Location: CHANEL, Harrods RTW

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

YOUR ROLE @CHANEL:

To lead from the front and act as a strong presence on the floor, ensuring an exceptional client journey through impeccable service, teaminspirationand seamless day to day operations, upholding CHANEL’s standards of excellence in everyclient interaction.The role of a Team Manager acts as a vital link between theboutique team and senior management, aligning daily performance with CHANEL’s strategic vision.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CREATE AT CHANEL

Team management and Client Experience

  • Acting as the bridge between the shopfloor and the senior management team.

  • Prominent figure on the floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach.

  • Reporting into the Assistant Managers andultimately theBoutique Director, providing constant feedback and solving any difficult scenarios as and when they arise, as well as celebrating successes!

  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience

  • Coach the team to ensure andmaintainthe shopfloor to a luxury standard (VM, wrapping, replenishment).

Business Priorities

  • Being able to drive business priorities through FA engagement with CHANEL & Moi, CRM, IFL for example to embed a culture of consistent learning,clientelingand exceptional service.

  • Have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems and support the FA team as appropriate

  • Feedback to the Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and action plans to elevate the client experience.

  • Creating a thriving team environment and embedding the best conditions for success.

  • Develop a positive culture of psychological safety and constant two-way communication.

  • Ensuring a calm and professional atmosphere through leading by example and being present.

  • Be transformational, by looking to the long term and creating the team of the future!

  • Making things beautiful – understanding luxury and CHANEL’s positioning within it.Protecting the brand for the long term.
