We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager - Factory System Test Operations at HVDC Control & Protection to join our driven and professional team. How you'll make an impact

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of engineers in our factory system areas, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our test facilities together with other team managers, ensuring compliance with standards, specifications and safety protocols.

- Collaborate with quality control teams to identify and address potential quality issues and improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure test facilities are adequately staffed and equipped to meet project demands.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.

Your background

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the HVDC industry or similar high-tech manufacturing environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

- Long experience in electrical installations and commissioning is preferred.

- Professional Swedish language skills are required.
