As a Team Manager – B2C Product Sales (US Outbound Sales Process), you will be responsible for managing outbound sales operations, driving aggressive revenue growth, and leading a target-driven sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hardcore product sales, cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and team management within a US outbound sales environment
✅ Lead, manage, and motivate the US outbound sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets
✅ Drive hardcore outbound sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition for the US market
✅ Develop and implement effective US outbound sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
✅ Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, sales performance, and team productivity
✅ Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews
✅ Guide team members on sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques
✅ Ensure proper follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM updates
✅ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth
✔ 4–8 years of experience in B2C Product Sales / US Outbound Sales Process
✔ 2+ years of experience in team handling or sales leadership
✔ Strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, hardcore product sales, and revenue generation
✔ Proven experience in handling US customers and outbound sales campaigns
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
✔ Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
✔ Experience in IT products, SaaS products, corporate product sales, or international sales will be preferred
✔ Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and team productivity
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
🎓 Graduation in any discipline

✅ Prior experience in hardcore outbound product sales and US outbound sales process is mandatory
