A Glimpse into Your New Role
Asa Team Manager, you will lead your team to success. A typical day could include:
Subject matter expert for all account payable processes.
Escalation and Issue resolution
Provide leadership to staff aroundprioritization oftasks and responsibilities while also driving process improvements.
Activelyparticipateand provide input to organizationalobjectivesand projects whichimpactthe AP function
Develop andmaintainsystem documentation for all AP functions.
Oversees reportsregardingcash flow; ensures correct payments are madein a timely manner
Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).
Ensure execution of responsibilities aligns with established month end close deadlines
Assistwith both internal and external audit
Ensure that PEAMs are served to all staff
Develop, drive and report on team KPIs
Coordinate with all departments within the company to meet campaign needs
Facilitate performance reviews, development plans, and coaching sessions for all team members.
