A Glimpse into Your New Role

Asa Team Manager, you will lead your team to success. A typical day could include:

  • Subject matter expert for all account payable processes.

  • Escalation and Issue resolution

  • Provide leadership to staff aroundprioritization oftasks and responsibilities while also driving process improvements.

  • Activelyparticipateand provide input to organizationalobjectivesand projects whichimpactthe AP function

  • Develop andmaintainsystem documentation for all AP functions.

  • Oversees reportsregardingcash flow; ensures correct payments are madein a timely manner

  • Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records (e.g., subsidiary vendors ledger).

  • Ensure execution of responsibilities aligns with established month end close deadlines

  • Assistwith both internal and external audit

  • Ensure that PEAMs are served to all staff

  • Develop, drive and report on team KPIs

  • Coordinate with all departments within the company to meet campaign needs

  • Facilitate performance reviews, development plans, and coaching sessions for all team members.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Tertiary qualification inAccounting

D365 experience Preferred

Process migration or transition experience

AP End to End Experience

Multinational Experience

Performance management (including coaching)

Escalation handling (Issue resolution)

BPO/Shared service Experience

Excel Skills

Process Improvement

Experience working with Australian company financials is preferred but not essential

High degree of computerproficiencyutilizingMicrosoft Office applications.
