As Team Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and your role involves managing our team of 7 Facilities Operators, actively supporting them, and ensuring their success while exceeding our clients' expectations.
Our Facilities Operators are essential to keeping the Whangarei community looking its best. They clean public bathrooms, BBQs, bus stops, drinking fountains, and handle bin and rubbish collection. As Team Manager, you will use your leadership skills to build a cohesive team focused on excellence and pride in their work.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar industry or has proven experience in leading a team to achieve their best work. We need someone who isn't fazed by unexpected challenges but rather thrives in such situations, making well-informed decisions that instil confidence in their team. Other qualities we seek include:
