EveryMatrix is looking for a Team Manager in Batumi, Georgia.

Team Manager

What you'll get to do:

• Coach team members to achieve goals and develop necessary skills that get results.
• Identify team strengths and weaknesses and delegate tasks to the appropriate person.
• Set clear team goals and evaluate progress to measure success.
• Prevent and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Organize team initiatives and meetings, ensuring clear communication and accessibility of documents.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of Game Presenters and Shufflers.
• Distribute information and instructions to teams regarding any changes or updates.
• Manage Game Presenter, shuffler teams and assign them to re-training.
• Assist Service Managers in adjusting table rotation and leading pre-shift meetings.

What you need to shine:

• Minimum of 8 month of experience in team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience in the industry and relevant professional certifications preferred.
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Turkish is considered an advantage
