Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader/Supervisor.

Rate: 28,000 PHP - 30,000 PHP

Workload: 40 hrs per week

Work set-up: Work on-site

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of Leadership Experience
Background in CSR/TSR/Outbound/Back Office Support
Excellent Communications Skills
Excellent Coaching and Problem-Solving Skills
Detail Oriented
Willing to work on site

Responsibilities:

Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Oversee day-to-day operation.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
