As a Distribution Team Leader (m/f/d), you’ll take on early responsibility for your own team and help ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly—from moving goods to quality assurance.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop your team in day-to-day operations
• Coordinate warehouse and distribution processes
• Improve workflows using modern methods such as Lean and PPI
• Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards, such as cGMP
• Work closely with other departments

In short, you’ll be the link between our team, our processes and our mission.

Your profile—what you bring

• A completed degree, for example in business administration, logistics or management—recent graduates are welcome!
• Initial practical experience in logistics or operations, such as an internship or working student role, is a plus
• An interest in leadership and teamwork
• Attention to detail
• A structured, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; WMS experience is an advantage
• A desire to improve things and take on responsibility
• Good English language skills
• Experience in GMP/cGxP environments will be an advantage

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean, 5S or quality standards
• Some leadership experience, such as project leadership or student initiatives
• Experience in Practical Process Improvement.
