We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader with German to lead and support a team of customer service professionals in delivering outstanding service and achieving operational targets.

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve performance and quality targets
  • Driving productivity and ensuring the delivery of project-specific KPIs
  • Supporting team members in building product, process, and communication expertise
  • Managing schedules, attendance, breaks, and resource allocation
  • Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Monitoring quality standards and implementing improvement actions where needed
  • Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, and operational requirements
  • Organizing and facilitating team briefings, meetings, and training activities
  • Maintaining project documentation and associated systems
  • Preparing reports, performance analyses, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Creating a positive, engaging, and high-performing team culture

Our requirements:

  • German language proficiency at C1 level or higher
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Strong coaching and people management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build trust, engagement, and positive working relationships
  • Professional, respectful, and collaborative approach
  • Availability to attend training abroad when required
